Order Tracking
Once a tracking number is provided by the carrier, we notify your retailer with the tracking information. Most retailers will automatically update you with tracking information. If for some reason you don't receive it please contact the store or e-tailer you purchased your Sofab from for tracking information.
Who is the Carrier for SOFAB shipments?
The carrier is designated by the store or e-tailer where your purchase is made. Most Sofab product is shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx.

Parts, Returns & Exchanges
At SoFab, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Attention to detail in design, materials and construction is a core value. Every item in our collection is carefully inspected before leaving our production area. We encourage you to do the same upon receipt of your purchase. The nature of our product and our No Hassles Parts Warranty will ensure that your furniture will provide years of enjoyment and comfort. In the event that you discover any manufacturing defect or missing parts please contact us at within 7 days of delivery. Your warranty requires the attachment of a digital photo to this email in order to help us identify the manufacturing defect or shipping damage so we can properly identify the parts needed to correct the problem. The email must also include the name of the store or website where you purchased your Sofab product, your name, shipping address and a detailed description of the problem. Upon receipt of the email we will promply respond with any questions and / or tracking information for your replacment parts. Any requests for exchange, return, or refund must be made with the retailer you purchased your Sofab product from. We are the manufacturer and can only address manufacturer warranty related requests. If a your retailer authorizes a return all merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, so please remember to fully inspect the furniture before discarding the packaging materials. Most seat cushion cores and back fiber cushions are vaccum packed and will not fit in the return boxes and are to be discarded and not returned.
Warranty exclusions
-Improper use of the furniture -Reasonable shading of upholstery fabrics -Fading of the upholstery fabrics due to excessive exposure to daylight -Normal softening of the seat cushions and backs
